over the top = over reaction = too much (negative meaning)

8月は休んで、9月からフリープランというものに切り替えることにした。

テキスト借りれなくなるので購入が必須になるのと、月会費が必要で若干の値上げ。その分、スケジュールは自由に決められるというもの。毎回、必ず新しい発見はあるから、年内はがんばるかな。
