前回よりも、はっきりと反対の意を伝える表現。

フレーズ1

• I wouldn't do that
  • 私だったらそうはしません　（それはしないほうがいいと思います）

Don't do that. と命令形で言うと、横柄な印象を与えてしまう。

• I wouldn't do that if I were you.
  • それはどうでしょうか？
• I wouldn't go there
  • 私だったらそこには行きません。

アクセントを I に置くのか、 THAT に置くのかで、ニュアンスが変わる。

フレーズ2

• I can't agree with that.
  • 今言われた事に賛成できません。

• I'm afraid I can't agree with that.
  • 恐れ入りますが・・・
• I might be over-thinking it, but I can't agree with that.
  • 私の考えすぎかもしれませんが・・・
• Maybe it's just me, but I can't agree with that.
  • こう思っているのは私だけかもしれませんが・・・
